As part of our commitment to the customer we gained the BS10125 certificate in body repairs and we are also capable of repairing Electric and PHEV vehicles.

As a valued customer whether new or old our aim is to help you through the complete accident repair process with as minimal disruption to you as possible. This is achieved by having a dedicated team of qualified and motivated staff who have been with us for a number of years and have a vast amount of experience.

The Repair Process

Collection

We will contact you to arrange a convenient time for us to collect your vehicle or, if required, we will recover it and drop off one of our courtesy cars.

Estimating

Your vehicle will be carefully examined by our estimator and a clear and accurate estimate will be produced for you, or your insurance company, ready for approval of costs.

Panel work

Body panels will be repaired or replaced as required.

Painting

Vehicles are skillfully and thoroughly prepared, primed and repainted using environmentally friendly water based paint systems. Dupont Cromax and Nexa Autocolour. Our low bake ovens ensure a finish of outstanding quality and durability.

Assembly

Your vehicle will be reassembled back to its original form and if required will have a four wheel alignment check carried out and adjusted if necessary.

Valet

Your vehicle will be professionally cleaned, both inside and out, to ensure it is returned in pristine condition.

Quality Control

Once your vehicle has been through our rigorous quality control checks it can then be delivered back to you repaired, safe and clean.
